SETUP & DELIVERY

Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes, we deliver and pick up all rental items. Delivery times are approximate and based on route scheduling. We do our best to accommodate specific requests, especially for venue setups.

What time will you deliver?
Delivery times vary depending on our schedule. If you need a specific time window due to a venue or tight turnaround, let us know no later than 8:30 PM the night before your event.

Do you set up tables and chairs?
By default, tables and chairs are delivered clean and stacked. Setup and takedown are not included but can be added for an additional fee. If they’re not restacked and accessible at pickup, a handling fee may apply.

Where will you leave the equipment?
Unless setup is added, items will be placed in a convenient, accessible area on the property (e.g., garage, driveway, backyard entrance).

What if no one is home at delivery or pickup?
We’ll still deliver as long as the area is accessible. If we can't access the setup area or retrieve equipment due to locked gates, pets, etc., a return trip fee may apply.


PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your rental. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is paid.

When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due before delivery. We’ll include payment links with your invoice.

How can I pay?
We accept major credit cards via secure online payment links. No payments are accepted in person at delivery unless arranged in advance.


CLEANING & ITEM CONDITION

Do I need to clean items before pickup?
We don’t expect items to be spotless, but they should not be excessively dirty. Items covered in food, mud, sand, or similar may result in a cleaning fee.

Will tables and chairs arrive clean?
Yes. All tables and chairs are delivered clean and stacked. Please return them in similar condition and stacked in an accessible area.


SURFACES, LOCATIONS & SAFETY

What kind of surface can you set up on?
We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, and some sand areas. Please let us know in advance so we can bring the appropriate anchoring or weights.

What if my yard has sprinklers or underground irrigation?
If your setup area has underground lines, we cannot stake into the ground. A weighted ballast system will be required, and additional charges may apply.

Do I need permits for my event?
If your event is in a public space (like a park), you may need a permit. It’s the customer’s responsibility to obtain all required permits.


CANCELLATIONS, WEATHER & RESCHEDULING

What happens if it rains?
Our equipment can handle light rain, but you may reschedule or cancel in advance due to inclement weather. Deposits are typically non-refundable but can be credited toward a future booking depending on the situation.

Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, but please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made within a short window may be subject to partial charges. We’ll always do our best to work with you.


GENERAL INFO

How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance during peak seasons.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Coastal Carolina Party Rentals is fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.

Do you deliver to my area?
We primarily serve Myrtle Beach and close surrounding areas. If you’re not sure, just contact us with your event address and we’ll let you know.


FUN FAQs

Can I rent equipment just to turn my backyard into the coolest spot on the block?
Absolutely. Whether it’s a birthday, cookout, or just a random Saturday, we fully support backyard glory.

Can adults go in the bounce house?
You’d be surprised how often we get asked this. While some inflatables are kid-only for safety, we do have options rated for adult use. Ask us what's available!

Can I keep the rental overnight?
Yes — for most items, overnight rentals are available depending on the setup and schedule. Inflatables are not eligible for overnight rentals unless specifically approved. Just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you do themed parties?
While we don’t provide decorations, many of our inflatables and setups pair perfectly with themed events. Princess party? Tropical bash? We’ve got options.

What if I have a weird question?
Ask it. We’ve heard it all. We’d rather you ask up front than stress later.
