Recommended Booking Timeframes
Birthday Parties & Backyard Events
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance whenever possible.
Graduation Parties & School Events
For spring graduation season, it is best to reserve 3–6 weeks ahead, as tents and seating are in high demand.
Holiday Weekends
For Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends, we strongly recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance.
Last-Minute Availability
We are always happy to help with last-minute bookings whenever inventory allows, but availability is never guaranteed.
